How it would work

Set your pay plan once. Percent commission on sales or upsells, a flat rate per job or per visit, review bonuses, on-time bonuses, spiffs. Mix them however you pay today.
Connect your job management software (coming soon, read-only). Monday Numbers reads completed jobs, invoices and who did the work.
Get the Monday email. Each crew member's earnings with the math shown, plus revenue and overdue invoices. You review and approve before anything goes to payroll.

Commissions

Percent of sold, completed or collected work, per tech, with every job behind the number.

Piece rate

Flat pay per job, per visit or per line item, counted automatically.

Bonuses & spiffs

Reviews, upsells, on-time completion or your own rules.

Revenue & overdue invoices

Money collected last week and who still owes you, in the same email.

Owner approves

We calculate and you approve. Monday Numbers doesn't run payroll or move money.

Read-only and revocable

The plan is read-only access you grant through official app authorization, and you could disconnect at any time.

Software connections are planned, not live yet. We'll tell founding members which systems are supported before anyone pays monthly.

Founding waitlist

Regular price: $49/month. Founding price: $29/month, locked for 12 months for the first members. Nothing is charged monthly until the product exists and you choose to start.

Questions

Is this live? No. It's in development. Joining the waitlist means we'll email you when there's something to try.

Does it pay my techs? No. It calculates what each person earned under your rules and shows the math. You approve it and pay through your normal payroll.

Is this payroll or legal advice? No. It's a calculator. Wage rules vary by state, so check your pay plan with your accountant or payroll provider.

Who's building it? Distomos LLC, a small software studio in Denver, Colorado.

Do I have to talk to anyone? No. Feedback is by email or a written form only.

Privacy

The waitlist form collects only what you type in (such as your email, business name and answers). We use it only to contact you about this product and to decide what to build. We don't sell or share it, except with the tools that run the form and payments (the form provider and Stripe). Reply "remove me" or email james@distomostech.com at any time and we'll delete your information. When the product is built, it will ask for read-only access to your business data only with your permission, and you could revoke it at any time.
